BLAKES THINNERS BLAKES THINNERS

Paint can be thinned to improve its flow characteristics and to increase its ability to be absorbed. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum recommended ratio of Thinners as this can adversely effect the product. Several products have a choice of Thinners depending on the application method to be used.

No 1: White spirit based thinner with paint conditioner for use with Primer Undercoat Yacht Enamel, Grey Metallic Wood Primer & Classic Varnish. Also spray thinners for Yacht Enamel.

No 2: Brushing thinners for use with Polyurethane based varnishes, sealers & paints. Slow thinners for spray applications of Polyurethanes (not ProFinish)

No 3: For use with Underwater Primer, Antifoulings, Keel Prime & Deck Paint.

No 5: Tool Cleaner for epoxy products. Thinner for EPU

No 6: Spraying thinners for use with polyurethane products [not ProFinish]
