All Aarrow fires are made using the latest manufacturering techniques and the most appropriate materials. Steel is used on the main body of the fires because of its strength, and cast iron for decorative features. Aarrow fires are designed to be functional, easy to clean and operate and are highly efficient. The unique Aarrow Air Wash System ensures clean glass for better view, whilst secondary combustion gives significantly increased heat from the same amount of fuel. This gives greatly reduced fuel costs, and also less unburnt gases, tar and smoke emitted into the atmosphere.

Unique Aarrow Airwash System ensures that the glass fire door stays sparkling clean with proper usage, whilst secondary combustion gives better fuel efficiency.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE For your peace of mind Aarrow Fires give a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects on the main body* of its Becton and Nouveau Family of Fires. Additionally, all other parts are covered by a one year no-quibble replacement guarantee. This guarantee covers replacement of the item only and does not extend to any other costs, including labour, incurred in its replacement. All new fires must be registered to qualify for warranty otherwise only a one year guarantee will apply. Documentation must be retained and produced in the event of a guarantee claim. This guarantee specifically does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or fair wear & tear. All guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights. * the main body being defined as the steel outer casing and items fixed immovably on to this casing.
