Vetus Electro Hydraulic Pumps

A VETUS electro-hydraulic pump (EHP) consists of a reversible electric motor, an oil pump, built-in pressure relief valves and a small reservoir for the hydraulic oil.

A Vetus EHP is a truly versatile piece of equipment. It can be used with an automatic pilot, with “non Follow-Up” steering systems with joystick control and/or electric remote control, with “Follow-Up” steering systems, hatch lifters, etc. etc.

Vetus Electro-Hydraulic Pumps EHPA, EHPB & EHPC

These models are only suitable for light duty pleasure craft.

Models EHPA, EHPB and EHPC are provided with an axial plunger pump, with integrated non-return valves and a by-pass valve.
The pressure relief valves for models EHPAR, EHPBR and EHPCR are set at 40 bar.
The reservoir capacity of models EHPAR, EHPBR and EHPCR is 0.2 litres
Models EHPAR, EHPBR and EHPCR are now supplied complete with pre-wired integral relays. This feature will save installation time and will prevent connection mistakes.
Models EHPAR, EHPBR and EHPCR are supplied without hose fittings.
Sets for ø 8 mm tubing (MTC30) and ø 10 mm tubing (MTC52 - MTC175 and OBC175 -
OBC300) are available separately.

Vetus Electro-Hydraulic Pumps EHPD & EHPE

Models EHPD and EHPE feature a gear type pump with integrated non-return valves and a by-pass valve. The direction of rotation of the pump is electrically controlled.
The pressure relief valves for models EHPD and EHPE are set at 70 bar.
The reservoir capacity of models EHPD and EHPE is 0.95 litres.
Models EHPD and EHPE have ø 10 mm pipe fittings as standard supply.
